How It Works
1. Download Your Ticket
After you’ve made your purchase, your ticket will be emailed. The ticket can be downloaded onto your phone or printed. You must bring your ticket in order to board the bus.
2. Download The App
Download the Listen Everywhere App in order to listen to the audio narrative while on the bus.
Note: In order to receive the best cinematic sound experience and prevent the spread of COVID-19, riders are required to bring their own headphones.
3. Board The Bus
Present your ticket to the driver who will scan the barcode. The bus runs everyday from 09:00 to 18:00. The bus stops at each location roughly every 15 minutes, depending on weather and road conditions.
4. Once On The Bus
Ensure your phone’s wi-fi is enabled and choose the network titled WowBanff. Locate and open the Listen Everywhere App on your phone. The App will automatically scan and open the WowBanff tour platform. Plug in your headphones and select your language. Sit back & enjoy the tour.
